Adobe Live Amsterdam
Tomorrow (may 30th) I’ll be off to Adobe Live Amsterdam together with Niels Bruin and Wietse Veenstra, so if you see a thin guy with black hair, converse allstars and a blue hoodie/red shirt (sorry, no Apollo) walking around, hit me up..
I am especially excited about Aral Balkan’s ‘Rediscovering fun’ talk. Also, Waldo Smeets‘ sneak-preview of Flex3 sounds really interesting..
These are the talks I am planning to attend to, obviously I won’t be present at each and every one of them since some of the best ones are scheduled for the same hours.

Maybe see you there..

Hey Erki, I attended Waldo’s session last wednesday and it wasn’t bad at all, we got to see some of the features of the Flex 3 SDK which were pretty cool. I wrote a post about it which you can check out here:
Flex Builder 3 sneak preview

Yeah, that’s a real bummer indeed. Weird though, because a couple of months ago, this guy from Adobe Netherlands said the Flex3 public alpha was to be released somewhere around may ‘07. Guess they’re behind on schedule then..

Don’t get your hopes too high. The same thing was scheduled for Multi-Mania conference in Belgium last week, and no Flex3 stuff was shown. Explanation was that it’s too early in the development cycle to show anything in public yet. A bummer.
